MOSCOW, May 26 (PRIME) -- The measures taken earlier by the Russian government have made some positive changes in the economic situation, Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev said at a government meeting on Thursday.
“All of you know well the conditions in which we used to work last year. We have gone through that period, the situation in general is changing in the end. The measures which we were taking had their effect, which we reported to the State Duma (the parliament’s lower house),” Medvedev said.
